The Home Economics Faculty are a group of experienced and dedicated teachers who have expertise in many subjects and provide unique learning experiences. We cater to a variety of student needs within our community and are committed to providing the opportunity to have many hands on experiences in a wide range of courses.

Due to the practical nature of our subjects, they are enjoyed by students and their teachers.

Students develop skills in research, food preparation and presentation, designing and construction of textiles, designing and producing items using the computer, child care and parenting.

Teachers encourage these skills in order to develop the students’ confidence not only while they are at school but for everyday
